Trouble getting your Apple device to send? Try the fix below!

If unable to send emails from Apple Ipad/Iphone devices using the Apple Mail app, check the outgoing settings on the device.

Go to Settings/Mail/Accounts (choose your FMCTC account)/Account Settings.

Under the Outgoing Mail Server description, choose the line below it. Under the Primary Server description, choose line below it. Find “Authentication” area, press the arrow to the right of that line. Place a check mark on “Password”.

Then click Done in upper right corner of device. See if you can send an email now.
